Puffy Eyes? Try this blend!

My mom has recently been talking about how puffy her under eyes are and how she wants to get surgery. I told her to try this first before doing anything else 😂

• Frankincense - The anti-inflammatory properties in frankincense help reduce swelling, inflammation, puffiness and redness.
• Rosemary - also contains the anti-inflammatory agents and has rejuvenating effects and can act as a mild diuretic to reduce swelling.
• Cypress - the vaso-constricting properties help reduce swollen vessels, its astringent properties shrink sagging under eye bags and make skin appear taut and its anti-edema properties help drive out fluid retention.

Add 2-3 drops of each oil and fill the rest of the 5mL roller bottle with Fractionated Coconut Oil.

I FEEL BEAUTIFUL

I heard a lot of talk about this Beautiful Touch Blend when it was released at convention earlier this year. I remember thinking, 'how is EVERYONE seriously in love with this blend?' Then doTERRA decided to release it to everyone recently along with the purchase of a clutch, and it sold out so quickly that they made more and sold those individually (which also out quick). Beautiful, truly is, the most magical blend. I don't like florals too often, and Beautiful has florals in it, but they did such a great job creating this blend that the florals aren't overpowering at all. It almost smells like a green skittle when smelled directly out of the bottle. Once it's on your skin, however; it smells like the most beautiful and delicate perfume (and I'm not into perfumes either!) 

Osmanthus, Lime, Bergamot, and Frankincense come together to create this bright, floral, zesty, citrusy, captivating blend that is my new go-to when I need a pick-me-up.
