The Third Eye Chakra refers to the gate that leads to inner realms and spaces of higher consciousness. Intuition is the voice of the spirit and the soul and it can be heard when you are in a state of calm. When the third eye chakra is in balance, you are self-realized, you live in harmony with your expanded true self, charismatic,c empathic, and highly intuitive. If the third eye chakra is blocked or unbalanced, you may experience being judgmental, dismissive, inward-focused, disconnected, low feelings, and addictive behavior.⠀⠀
Rosemary is the oil of knowledge and transition. it assists in the development of true knowledge and true intellect. It teaches that one can be instructed from a far greater space of understanding then the human mind (your intuition). It challenges us to look deeper into ourselves than we normally would and ask more soul-searching questions so that we receive more inspired answers.⠀⠀
The Throat Chakra represents both speaking and listening. When your throat chakra is aligned and balanced, there is a diminished chance of miscommunication and misunderstandings. You are able to express yourself freely by being a good communicator, speaking honestly from the heart, as well as being a good listener. If the throat chakra is blocked, you may find yourself unable to speak your ruth when you need it most, or holding back on expressing your needs and desires. Feelings of fear, shyness, social anxiousness, or stubbornness are signs that your throat chakra is blocked.

You realize that to love others, is to love yourself, because we are all one. If your heart chakra is unbalanced or blocked, you may experience feelings of shyness loneliness, lack empathy, and may lead with your head more often than your heart.

The Solar Plexus Chakra is considered to be at the core of your being, your power center. Here is the home of your self-esteem, your willpower, self-discipline, and your personality. When the Solar Plexus Chakra is in balance, you are confident and empowered with a healthy level of self-esteem. If it is unbalanced, you will feel lethargic or unmotivated.
