 Crown Chakra - Frankincense 

The Crown Chakra is the purple chakra that is connected to your wellbeing in mind, body, and spirit. To really enjoy living life on this Earth, the more we can release the limiting programs and emotional patterns, the more quickly and easily we #manifest our desires. Choose to live life fully and achieve real #enlightenment - where all things are possible.

Frankincense is also known as “the king of oils” because of its extraordinary benefits. Not only does Frankincense promote feelings of peace and overall wellness, but topical and internal use provide modern health benefits as well. Frankincense’s high vibrational frequency promotes a meditative state, encourages higher states of consciousness, and support spiritual connection & growth.
Frankincense is SUCH a powerful oil that I use daily to help keep my crown chakra open and my intuition on point 👌🏼🙇🏻

 Third Eye Chakra - Rosemary 🕉⠀⠀

The Third Eye Chakra refers to the gate that leads to inner realms and spaces of higher consciousness. Intuition is the voice of the spirit and the soul and it can be heard when you are in a state of calm. When the third eye chakra is in balance, you are self-realized, you live in harmony with your expanded true self, charismatic,c empathic, and highly intuitive. If the third eye chakra is blocked or unbalanced, you may experience being judgmental, dismissive, inward-focused, disconnected, low feelings, and addictive behavior.⠀⠀

Rosemary is the oil of knowledge and transition. it assists in the development of true knowledge and true intellect. It teaches that one can be instructed from a far greater space of understanding then the human mind (your intuition). It challenges us to look deeper into ourselves than we normally would and ask more soul-searching questions so that we receive more inspired answers.⠀⠀

 Throat Chakra - Breathe 

The Throat Chakra represents both speaking and listening. When your throat chakra is aligned and balanced, there is a diminished chance of miscommunication and misunderstandings. You are able to express yourself freely by being a good communicator, speaking honestly from the heart, as well as being a good listener. If the throat chakra is blocked, you may find yourself unable to speak your ruth when you need it most, or holding back on expressing your needs and desires. Feelings of fear, shyness, social anxiousness, or stubbornness are signs that your throat chakra is blocked.

doTERRA's Respiration Blend (Breathe) is The Oil of Breath. Breathe supports an individual’s relationship with Spirit and deepens one’s connection to life. It invites individuals to let go (breathe out) and receive (breathe in). In this way, this blend teaches us to embrace life through breath. Breathe helps us with the courage to fully open.

 Heart Chakra - Serenity 

The Heart Chakra is the center where we experience love. When the heart chakra is open, you are able to create a safe, supportive, loving environment. You may be more empathetic, able to see the Divine in other people, be happy and fulfilled because you are fulfilling your divine purpose. You realize that to love others, is to love yourself, because we are all one. If your heart chakra is unbalanced or blocked, you may experience feelings of shyness loneliness, lack empathy, and may lead with your head more often than your heart.

doTERRA's Restful Blend (Serenity) is The Oil of Tranquility. Serenity has such a powerful effect on the mind and heart. It is a uniquely calming blend that invites us to relinquish feelings of stress, anxiousness, and being overwhelmed. Serenity encourages us to first reconnect with themselves and discover the peace that lies within, then to reconnect with the humanity in others. It helps us acknowledge when we feel out of balance and allow time and space for true renewal.

 Solar Plexus Chakra - On Guard 

The Solar Plexus Chakra is considered to be at the core of your being, your power center. Here is the home of your self-esteem, your willpower, self-discipline, and your personality. When the Solar Plexus Chakra is in balance, you are confident and empowered with a healthy level of self-esteem. If it is unbalanced, you will feel lethargic or unmotivated.

We store our feelings, emotions, pleasure, sensuality, intimacy, and connection in this domain. When the sacral chakra is clear and the energy is in balance, you are friendly, compassionate, and empathetic with a concern for others. You will experience a very strong sense of belonging. The sacral chakra supports creative life energy to support balance and stabilize health. If this chakra is blocked, we often feel guilt, numb or have a lack of emotions or libido.

Motivate helps align your sacral chakra by motivating you to unleash your creative powers and find the courage that comes from believing in yourself again. It is helpful in times of weariness and discouragement when one has lost the energy and motivation to complete important life tasks.

The root chakra is associated with keeping life exciting and sustainable. It is associated with trusting, belonging, and accepting. When you feel lost or insecure, you lose energy due to the fear these feelings bring up. When the root chakra energy is in balance, you are centered, grounded, healthy and vibrant, with unlimited physical energy. You will feel secure in your life.
